Job Responsibilities
1. Independent Duties:
Develop personal sales plans and carry out sales activities such as visiting, maintaining, and developing customers according to the plan.
Implement the company's sales policies and systems, complete sales tasks, and ensure timely and secure collection of payments.
Properly handle the signing, execution, and management of sales contracts, including responding to inquiries, quoting, contract preparation, order confirmation, documentation, and exhibition participation.
Coordinate with various departments to track the progress of sales contracts and facilitate contract completion.
Answer customer questions, handle customer complaints, process returns, report identified issues to management and relevant departments, and follow up on results.
Prepare and stamp domestic sales department contracts, organize and archive documents.
Assist in tracking the entry of domestic sales department orders to facilitate contract completion.
Strictly maintain company commercial confidentiality; do not disclose customer or business operation information without authorization.
2. Collaborative Duties:
Assist the department manager in domestic market development, collect and organize domestic business information, cultivate new markets, and develop new customers.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Food Science, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology, Fermentation Engineering, or related fields preferred.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of domestic sales experience; preference for candidates with sales experience in food, beverage, and health product raw materials or related industries.
Knowledge and Ability Requirements: Strong capabilities in market analysis, marketing, promotion, business negotiation, and customer service.
Language Proficiency: CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above.
Professional Certification/Title Requirements: None.
Other Requirements: Must maintain good work discipline and comply with company rules and regulations.
